You can request a return within 5-7 of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Perishable items (such as opened pet food) are non-returnable for safety reasons.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 back to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately for a replacement.
